Dima Piler is an experienced professional in customer support and technical services, currently serving as Customer Support Group Leader for the Strategic Customers Business Unit at Allot since December 2011. In this role, Dima manages two teams focused on supporting Tier-1 customers and defines strategies to meet customer expectations and company KPIs. Previous positions at Allot included Customer Support Team Leader and Customer Support Product Expert, where Dima engaged with technical, sales, and commercial teams to meet demanding SLAs for carrier-class customers. Prior experience includes roles at Alvarion Technologies as a Product Expert and Professional Service Engineer, as well as Networking Integration Engineer, focusing on customer accounts and system integration. Dima began a technical support career at Bezeq Communications as a Networking Consultant for IP-VPN customers.
