Pamela Watkins SHRM SCP has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Pamela began their career in 1990 at American Electric Power, where they held numerous positions. In 2000, they joined Licking Memorial Health Systems as V.P. of H.R. and Marketing. In 2003, they moved to Acuity Brands Lighting as Director of Human Resources, Specialty Businesses. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at Saint-Gobain as Vice President, Talent Acquisition and Development and Director of Human Resources, Ceramics, Adfors, R and D. In 2018, they joined DuPont as Global HR Leader, Water Solutions and Building Solutions. In 2020, they moved to Anomatic as Vice President Human Resources. Currently, they are the Chief Human Resources Officer at Allonnia.

Pamela Watkins SHRM SCP obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications from the University of Mount Union in 1982. In 2017, they obtained a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and SHRM SCP from SHRM. In 2020, they obtained a SHRM - SCP from SHRM.
