Fernando Stucchi is an experienced financial executive currently serving as CFO and VP of Finance, Compliance, and Supply Chain at Alloha Fibra, a portfolio company of EB Capital, since September 2023. Prior to this role, Stucchi held various board member positions at companies such as LINCROS, Drops, and Frenet. Significant past experience includes serving as CFO at Sequoia Soluções Logísticas, a Warburg Pincus portfolio company, GJP Hotels & Resorts, and Tecnogera Geradores, a Patria Infra portfolio company. Stucchi's finance career began as a Finance Manager at Fibra Experts and includes earlier roles in planning coordination at AES Eletropaulo. Fernando Stucchi holds a degree in Science of Computing from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and a certification in Financial Markets from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração.
