Tits (Titus) Gulbis, LL.M, serves as the Director of Legal Engineering at Allocations since June 2021, specializing in the automation of legal documents and optimizing SPV and fund creation processes for VC fund managers. Alongside this role, Tits is an Angel Investor with BADideas.fund, focusing on early-stage startups in Central and Eastern Europe. Tits is also a member of the Global Shapers Community, contributing to youth career development projects. Prior experience includes senior legal roles at Eleving Group and Sorainen, legal consulting at Finitera, mentorship at Startup Wise Guys, and earlier legal positions throughout various firms. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree from Cornell Law School and an LL.M. from Latvijas Universitate.
