Misganaw Addis is a highly experienced professional in the chemical engineering and materials science fields, currently serving as a Senior Application Chemist at allnex since January 2022. Previously, Misganaw held positions as a Development Chemist at PPG Industries and as a Research and Development Chemist at EFI, focusing on coatings for the beverage industry and waterborne inks respectively. Earlier experience includes providing technical support in automotive coatings at BASF, where significant contributions included troubleshooting coating issues and formulating paints. Misganaw holds a Master of Science in Materials Science and Simulation from Ruhr-Universität Bochum and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, with ongoing studies towards a Master's degree in Data Analytics at Georgia Institute of Technology.
