Dr. Frank Mueller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Lean and Continuous Improvement management across the chemical manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Global Lean and Improvement Manager at Allnex since August 2013, Dr. Mueller oversees global productivity, capacity, maintenance, and process improvement initiatives. Prior roles at Cytec included positions such as Lean Manager for European projects and Cluster Lean Manager for the Liquid Coatings Cluster, where responsibilities encompassed implementing Lean practices across various production sites. Dr. Mueller's early career involved multiple management positions focusing on production and quality in resin manufacturing. Acquiring a PhD in Chemistry from Universität Siegen, along with a Lean Manager Certificate from Ohio State University, has further equipped Dr. Mueller with robust expertise in operational excellence and process optimization.
