Gary Hastings serves as the Production Control Manager at Allmand Bros., Inc. since February 2017 and has also held the position of Program Manager since May 2014. In these roles, Gary demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and ensure timely completion of multiple complex projects. Responsibilities include planning and setting project goals, supervising the project engineering team, and addressing project issues. Additionally, Gary has experience as the ECO Coordinator, managing the lifecycle of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and collaborating with various departments to maintain project accuracy and efficiency. Prior experience includes serving as the Material Management Flight Superintendent at the Nebraska Air National Guard, overseeing the management of significant Air Force assets. Gary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Chadron State College.
