Rachael Shalders is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in aged care and pediatric nursing. Currently serving as General Manager and previously as Care Manager at Allity Aged Care since February 2019, Rachael has extensive experience in clinical leadership roles, having worked as Clinical Care Coordinator at Manor Court Aged Care Facility from March 2012 to February 2019 and as a Registered Nurse at The Royal Children's Hospital from January 2008 to February 2014. Rachael is furthering expertise by pursuing a Masters of Nursing in Leadership and Management at James Cook University, complementing a Bachelor of Nursing from Victoria University.
