Ashley Hayes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, inventory planning, and merchandise management. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at Allitix since June 2024, Ashley previously held various positions at Rawlings Sporting Goods, including Director of Sales and Inventory Planning and Retail Planner, from April 2018 to June 2024. Prior experience at Kohl's spanned from June 2012 to April 2018, where roles included Omni-channel Merchandise Planner, Assistant Buyer, and Analyst. Ashley began a career in academia as a Graduate Assistant at Washington State University from August 2010 to June 2012, after earning an M.A. in Apparel, Merchandising & Textiles from the same institution. An earlier B.A. in Economics and Management with Psychology was obtained from Albion College between 2006 and 2010.
