Kimberly-Anne Bohannon is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in the industry. Since May 2016, Kimberly-Anne has served as a Realtor at Allison James Estates and Homes. In addition, Kimberly-Anne has been the Business Owner and Real Estate Agent at The Phoenix Group since June 1999, overseeing rental investment properties and managing rehabilitation projects to enhance cash flow. Prior to this, Kimberly-Anne worked as a Mortgage Banker and Loan Officer from January 1993 to March 2002, where responsibilities included managing lending practices and laws across 26 states.
