Andrew Blan is an experienced attorney and realtor with a diverse background in law and real estate. Currently serving as an attorney at Lozano Smith since May 2021, Andrew previously held attorney positions at Duggan McHugh Law Corporation and the California Department of Managed Health Care. Andrew also gained legislative experience as a Jesse M. Unruh Assembly Fellow and a legislative intern with Dr. Shirley Weber’s Office at the California State Assembly. A certified legal intern at the Sacramento Public Defender’s Office and a summer legal intern at the Yolo County Public Defender, Andrew's legal training is supported by a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law. Additionally, Andrew has experience in business development and real estate, having worked as a realtor for Allison James Estates and Homes and previously at Intero Real Estate Services. Andrew's educational background includes a degree from the University of San Francisco School of Management and completion of studies at Jesuit High School in Sacramento.
