Pamela Gallagher is an experienced human resources professional with over two decades in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Employee Relations Specialist at Allina Health since November 2001, Pamela has also held the role of Senior Human Resources Generalist within the same organization. Prior to this, Pamela worked as a Human Resources Manager at Northland Electric Supply Co from November 2000 to November 2001, and as a Human Resources Representative at Rockwell Automation from September 1996 to October 2000. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Hamline University.
