Ho-Youl Chang, LEED AP, is an Associate at Alliiance since June 2014, with a robust background in architectural design and construction documentation. Previous experience includes roles at CMA as an Architectural CAD Draftsperson and Drafter, contributing to tenant improvement projects and construction documents for national retail outlets. At Cuningham Group, Ho-Youl led the construction document packages for a significant $150M renovation project at the Golden Nugget Casino. Additional roles at various architectural firms included developing permit sets, providing construction administration for hospital expansions, and managing projects such as the Mabel Tainter Theater and multiple hospitality ventures. Ho-Youl Chang holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Minnesota.
