Sara Fritzell has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sara began their career at Lund University in 2008 as a Projektassistent before progressing to PhD Studies, which they pursued from November 2008 to June 2013. In 2013, Sara joined Alligator Bioscience AB as a Research Scientist, and over the years, they took on increasingly senior roles within the company. Sara served as a Senior Scientist from May 2018 to August 2020, then transitioned to become a Senior Business Development Manager from September 2020 to May 2022. Currently, Sara holds the position of Senior Manager Project Management at Alligator Bioscience AB, starting in June 2022. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in project management, business development, and scientific research.

Sara Fritzell's education history begins in 2002 when they took a beginner's course in Spanish at Stockholm University. In 2003, they enrolled at Lund University and pursued a Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences with a focus on the general field. This course of study lasted until 2008. After completing their Master's degree, they continued their education at Lund University and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biomedical Sciences, specializing in immunotherapy against brain tumors. This doctoral program spanned from 2008 to 2013.
