Jason Gibson, MBA, is an accomplished sales operations manager with extensive experience in contact center and customer service management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Sales Operations Manager at Allied National since 2020, Jason previously held managerial roles at Lockton Affinity and Mylo Insurance, which included overseeing customer care operations and directing contact center activities. Earlier positions include management roles at Bukaty Companies, McKesson Specialty Health, AccessMED, Prescription Solutions, and Risk Management Alternatives, where Jason demonstrated a strong ability to improve productivity, develop training initiatives, and lead teams effectively.
