James Oudbier has extensive experience in estimating within the construction industry, currently serving as an Estimator at Allied Mechanical Services, Inc. since February 2018. Responsibilities include estimating for water and wastewater projects up to $20 million, sheet metal projects up to $70 million, as well as process piping, plumbing, HVAC, and miscellaneous metals. Prior to this role, James held the position of Senior Estimator at Franklin Holwerda Co. from May 2004 to February 2018, focusing on similar estimating tasks across various disciplines including fire protection and building information modeling. James Oudbier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in HVAC/R Engineering Technology from Ferris State University.
