At Capgemini, they served as an HR Transformation & Strategy Senior Manager, as well as a Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) Senior Manager and a Human Resources Manager.
Currently, Christopher is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Allied Global, where they are responsible for attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent. Christopher is also a Co-Founder and CEO of Squadra Transformation, a consulting firm that helps businesses transform their business strategies and people through tailored solutions. Additionally, they are an Expert Educate at Educate Experience, where they share knowledge and tools to support professional growth and development.

Christopher Canet Fonseca completed their education in a chronological manner. Christopher started by earning a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Evelyn Rogers High School, which they obtained from 1989 to 2002. Later, they pursued further education and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Universidad Rafael LandÃvar, studying from 2003 to 2007.
Continuing their academic journey, Christopher pursued a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance, specializing in the field of study of Accounting and Finance, from Universidad de ValparaÃso. Christopher attended this program from 2010 to 2011. Furthermore, they also enrolled in Universidad de Cádiz during the same period, completing a Master's degree in Human Resources Strategy, Management, and Services.
In addition to their formal education, Christopher has obtained various certifications to complement their knowledge and skills. Christopher became a Certified Team Coach from HCN world in July 2023. In July 2020, they completed the ServiceNow Fundamentals Content for System Administrators and Developers program offered by ServiceNow. In April 2020, they gained expertise in HR and Digital Transformation through a certification from LinkedIn. Furthermore, they became a Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation in August 2015. As for November 2014, Christopher became a Lego Serious Play Facilitator through a program provided by LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® METHOD - jugando en serio con LEGO®.
