Shaivali Shah is an experienced executive currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Allied Digestive Health, a multispecialty group in New Jersey and New York. In addition to this role, Shah is a Board Member at Exodus Transitional Community, Inc., contributing to a non-profit focused on supporting formerly incarcerated New Yorkers. As a Founding Member of Chief, a women's executive network, and a strategic advisor and investor with SWL Healthcare Ventures, Shah actively participates in initiatives to empower women and support early-stage healthcare companies. Prior positions include Regional Operations Director at DaVita Kidney Care, VP of Strategy & Business Development at Marani Health, and various leadership roles at Morgan Stanley and PwC. Shah holds a BA in Organizational Studies and an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Michigan.
