Tom McGehee is a Senior Software Engineer at Allied Business Systems, LLC, where responsibilities include designing and developing modern desktop applications, microservices, APIs, and backend libraries for software products in the consumer financial industry. Previous experience includes working as a Systems Engineer, focusing on full-stack development of web-based SaaS solutions and creating complex SQL stored procedures for MS SQL Server, achieving a 60% reduction in codebase through re-architecting and recoding data objects to an object-oriented programming structure. Prior to this role, Tom McGehee founded and served as President of Thomas McGehee & Associates Inc, a consulting and software development firm in central Georgia, which grew to include 10 developers and served notable clients, including a local university's startup medical school and several Fortune 500 companies. Tom McGehee holds a BA in Political Science from Mercer University and has pursued further education at The New Seminary.
