Harry Riepl is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, currently serving as the Director of FP&A at Allied Benefit Systems since June 2021. Previously, Harry held the same title at Ryan Specialty Group from December 2015 to June 2021, where responsibilities included leading the annual operating budget for over 20 business units and performing detailed financial modeling for strategic investments. Harry's earlier roles include Senior Financial Analyst at Allstate, where financial models were developed to guide strategic decisions, and Financial Analyst/Business Analyst at Pivot Point International. Harry started a career in finance at Morgan Stanley as a Financial Advisor. Academic achievements include an MBA in Accounting and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Business Economics with a focus on Finance from North Park University.
