Katinka Barysch is an experienced professional in the fields of social regulation, business, and human rights, currently serving as the Head of Social Regulation & Business and Chief Human Rights Officer at Allianz. Barysch has held roles such as Head of Marketing Intelligence and Senior Strategist in Group Strategy. In addition to work at Allianz, Barysch is a Member of the Board at the Center for European Reform and a Member of the Advisory Board for "Refocusing Europe" at the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt. Barysch also serves as an Advisor to the Chairman at Stiftung Münchner Sicherheitskonferenz gGmbH and is a Europe Fellow at Chatham House. Barysch has furthered education recently at Stanford University and the University of Cambridge, earning certificates in Strategies for Sustainability and Business Sustainability Management, respectively.
