Patrick Christiansen is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in information technology and consulting. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Allianz Life since October 2012, Patrick has also held the position of Vice President of IT Business Engagement, Strategy, and Architecture. Prior to Allianz Life, ownership and consulting roles were undertaken at Arctec Group Consulting and HealthNexis, along with significant experience at Evantage Consulting and Express Scripts, where leadership was provided in areas such as IT operations, architecture, and vendor management. Early career roles include a Senior Distributed Systems Architect at Target Corporation and a Senior Systems Analyst at Burlington Northern Railroad. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology, obtained between 1985 and 1988.
