Adilson Lago, RICP®, serves as a Strategy Consultant Principal at Allianz Life since January 2023, where responsibilities include guiding complex projects and providing support to Operations, Distribution, and IT leadership teams. Prior to this role, Adilson was the Director of Transformation for Advisor Experience at Brighthouse Financial, overseeing critical processes impacting Advisor and Client Experience, and managing system cutover activities for over 600,000 life and annuity policies. Additionally, Adilson held the position of Director for Advisor and Client Experience at Brighthouse Financial, driving improvements in customer experience through effective analysis and collaboration with top business partners. Adilson's career at MetLife spanned 16 years, progressing from Senior Internal Wholesaler to Salesdesk Manager, where management of a large sales team contributed to substantial revenue generation. Adilson holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Redlands and a degree in Business Administration, Finance & Marketing from California State University, Fullerton.
