Kyle Boland CIP has extensive experience in the insurance and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Unit Leader at Allianz Ireland since August 2018, Kyle has held various roles including Claims Handler and Temporary Existing Business Complaint Handler, where responsibilities involved managing complaints for multiple teams. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Services and Sales Representative at Allianz, where comprehensive training in diverse insurance lines was received. Before joining Allianz, Kyle worked at SPAR Ireland as a Retail Store Manager, progressing through roles from Store Assistant to Shift Supervisor. Early career experience included customer service at OCS at Dublin Airport and a brief stint as a Butcher at McCardle Meats during schooling. Educational background includes a Leaving Cert from Beneavin College.
