George Wong possesses extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Regional Business Manager for Asia Pacific Investment at Allianz Global Investors since February 2003. Wong has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Head of Product Specialist Services and Head of Investment Operations, overseeing teams in Fund Operations, Institutional Client Reporting, and Performance Analytics. Prior to Allianz, Wong contributed to ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as a Senior Business Analyst and held various positions at Origin Energy and Banker's Trust. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, a Professional Year Course in Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance from the University of Technology, Sydney.
