Illyria Xavier has extensive experience in the insurance sector, currently serving as Gerente de Filial at Allianz Brasil since November 2015, where leadership includes managing a team of seven and driving strategic development to meet established goals. Previously, Illyria held the position of Superintendente at Maritima Seguros from November 1999 to February 2015, overseeing commercial strategy for seven branches and servicing 3,800 brokers. Earlier experience includes a Superintendente role at Liberty Seguros (Brasil) from December 1978 to October 1999. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Gestão Empresarial com Enfase em Seguros from FGV, a degree in Marketing from FAAP, and a degree in Pedagogia from Centro Universitário Braz Cubas.
