Chavis Welch has a robust background in account management and customer service, currently serving as an Account Representative at Alliant Insurance Services and as a Resident Experience Specialist at Valet Living since November and September 2021, respectively. Prior experience includes a role as Certificate Specialist at Lockton Companies and General Manager overseeing three businesses, managing daily operations and supervising a team of 36 employees. Chavis also gained valuable experience as an Accounts Management Intern at Prakit Holdings PCL and in data entry and administrative support at Diamond Cutters International.

Chavis holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Houston Community College and has completed education at the University of Houston.
