Ying He, MD, MPH, currently serves as a Program Evaluator at Alliant Health Solutions and a Grant Reviewer for the USDA, both roles held since 2021. With previous experience as an Epidemiologist for Fulton County Government, where assessments were made regarding the needs of individuals living with HIV/AIDS, and as an Epidemiologist II at the Mississippi State Department of Health focusing on occupational health risks, Ying Ying has a strong background in data analysis and public health research. Additional roles include Program Evaluator for My Brother's Keeper, Inc., and positions in drug safety and regulatory affairs in China. Ying Ying holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Jackson State University, has pursued additional advanced education in Epidemiology at the University of Michigan, and has Master's and Medical degrees from Wuhan University.
