David Bauer is a seasoned environmental professional with extensive experience in various roles related to environmental compliance and conservation. Currently serving as a Senior Environmental Specialist at Alliant Engineering, Inc., since July 2019, David previously held positions as an Environmental Compliance Specialist and as a Hydrologist 2 at the Minnesota Department of Transportation, where oversight of erosion and sediment control was a key responsibility. Additional experience includes work as an Inspector at the Rice Creek Watershed District and as a Conservation Technologies Specialist (GIS Specialist) at the Ramsey Conservation District. David is also a self-employed writer and producer, focusing on independent and industrial screenplays, and directs the talk show "Off Constantly." Academically, David holds a Master of Science in Soil Science from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from Concordia University-St. Paul.
