Maria Resa S. Celiz serves as the Head of Legal and Compliance, Chief Compliance Officer, and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Alliance Select Foods International, Inc. since January 2023. Previously, Maria Resa held various roles at Goldilocks Bakeshop, Inc., including Board Legal Counsel and Data Privacy Officer, and Corporate Legal Counsel and Data Privacy Officer from May 2016 to December 2022. Maria Resa's legal experience extends back to 1999 with the Goldilocks Group of Companies as External Legal Counsel and Board Secretary. Other significant roles include Chief of Staff in the Office of the Chairman at Metropolitan Manila Development Authority and Associate Attorney at Pacis & Reyes. Maria Resa began the legal career as a Legal Researcher at Ledesma Saludo Law Office and Tolentino and Ruaro Law Office. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Ateneo de Manila University, a Master's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Boston University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of the Philippines.
