Nathan Grider is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Managing Director - Acquisitions at Alliance Residential Company since June 2024. Prior to this role, Nathan held several key positions at Knightvest Capital, including Chief Investment Officer and Vice President of Asset Management, from August 2012 to June 2024. Earlier in Nathan's career, roles included Asset Manager at The MGHerring Group from September 2007 to July 2012 and SVP Brokerage Services at The Apartment Group from September 2005 to August 2006. Nathan holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, both from Texas A&M University, attended from 1998 to 2003.
