Nirav Shah currently serves as the Chief Manager of Talent Acquisition at Alliance Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd since May 2023. Prior to this role, Nirav held the position of HRBP-Manager at J.B. BODA Group from December 2017 to May 2023 and worked as a Senior Executive in HR at Raheja QBE General Insurance Company Limited from January 2014 to November 2017. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager in HR at KLT Automotive & Tubular Products Ltd and as a Human Resources Executive at Pan India Paryatan Pvt. Ltd. Nirav Shah holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics from Mumbai University, completed in 2011, and recently obtained an MBA in Human Resources Management from Arunodaya University in August 2023.
