Katy Robb is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as a Senior People & Culture Partner at Alliance Group Limited since August 2021, where previous roles included HR Business Partner and Senior Human Resources Advisor. Prior experience includes positions at Lane Neave between August 2017 and August 2021 as an HR Advisor and Human Resources Assistant. Katy also worked at Thrifty Car Rental NZ from November 2015 to July 2017 as a Contact Centre Consultant and held a Supervisor role at Spice Paragon from February 2013 to August 2015. Katy holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management & Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the University of Canterbury, earned between 2013 and 2016.
