Tiffany Stewart-Brown

Vice President of HR and Administration at Alliance for Aging Research

Tiffany Stewart-Brown has held a variety of roles in their professional career. Tiffany began their career in 1998 as a Personnel Administration Specialist for the United States Army Reserve. In 2006, they moved to the City of Takoma Park as an Administrative Assistant. From 2012 to 2017, they worked for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) in various roles, including Remote Monitoring Specialist, Executive Assistant/HR Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant. In 2017, they began working for the Alliance for Aging Research as a Director of HR and Office Operations, and later as a HR and Office Operations Manager and Office Manager. In each role, they were responsible for managing human resources, office operations, payroll, benefits, recruitment, interviews, onboarding, cameras and security, business travel, personnel engagements, and more.

Tiffany Stewart-Brown attended Strayer University from 2007 to 2009, earning an Associate of Arts - AA in Business Administration and Management, General. Tiffany then attended the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Human Resources Management.
