Charlotte McFadden has been with Alliance Bank since December 1998, holding various positions such as Internal Auditor, Assistant Vice President, CRA Officer, Loan Review, and Bank Teller. In addition to their roles at Alliance Bank, Charlotte is also the Co-Owner of All Phase Construction and serves on the Board of Directors at CANHelp. Charlotte graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in General Studies and Personal Finance.
