William Hoover has a diverse background in engineering and sales, currently serving as a Sales Engineer, Project Manager, and Mechanical Engineer at Alliance Automation, LLC since January 2015. As a co-founder of A Simple Leather Belt Company since November 2012, William has applied entrepreneurial skills to build a successful business. Previous experience includes internships at Caterpillar Inc., where research on component failure led to the resolution of $400,000 in product issues using the Six Sigma DMAIC process. William's early career included a sales position at Heritage Furniture from June 2003 to July 2011. William holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, obtained between 2010 and 2014.
