Charlene Thomas is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and human resources. Currently serving as the Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer and a member of the Executive Leadership Team at UPS, Charlene has held various significant positions within the company since 2006. In addition to their role at UPS, Charlene is an active member of several boards, including the Board of Trustees for Westtown School and the National Urban League, as well as the Board of Directors for ALLETE. Charlene earned a Master of Business Administration from Eastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Temple University, with foundational education from Westtown School.
