Michelle Ha has a wealth of experience in the medical and pharmaceutical industries. Michelle has been working in the field since 2001. Michelle began their career as an Associate Scientist in R&D at Exelixis. In 2006, they moved to Ferris Baker Watts Inc as a Senior Analyst. Then, in 2008, they joined Genentech as a Senior Manager of Strategic Pricing and Market Access, where they were responsible for U.S. pricing and contracting strategy for a variety of therapeutic areas. In 2016, they moved to Amgen as Director of Reimbursement Access and Value, where they led reimbursement and market access strategy for Aimovig, a novel treatment for migraine, and employer marketing for migraine. Most recently, in 2020, they co-founded and became COO of Allermi.

Michelle Ha obtained their Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1995, majoring in Molecular Cell Biology/ Immunology. Michelle then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the USC Marshall School of Business, which they completed in 2005.
