Tafadzwa Leroy Machirori (PhD) is a seasoned professional in research and consulting, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Allen + Clarke since October 2022. Previously held the position of Research Officer at The Achieve Foundation, where a focus was on promoting disability research related to housing and employment for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Tafadzwa's academic experience includes tutoring entrepreneurship and creativity courses as a Sessional Academic at Swinburne University of Technology, while also contributing as a Research Assistant on impactful projects addressing social innovation and entrepreneurship. Additionally, prior roles involved research and impact assessment work for the Ministry of Youth in Zimbabwe and lecturing in Economics and Strategic Management at Harare Polytechnic. Tafadzwa holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship from Swinburne University of Technology, alongside a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Fort Hare.
