Hannaneh Hajishirzi currently serves as the Sr Director of NLP Research at the Allen Institute for AI (AI2), a position held since 2018. In addition to this role, Hannaneh has also been a Sr Research Manager and AI fellow at AI2. Concurrently, Hannaneh holds the title of Associate Professor at the University of Washington, where previous roles include Assistant Professor and Research Assistant Professor. Hannaneh Hajishirzi earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
