Erika Cochran is an experienced professional in the food science industry, currently serving as a Junior Product Developer and Laboratory Technician at Allen Flavors, Inc. since April 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Protein Science and Technology Intern at Nestlé Health Science from June 2020 to April 2021, and an internship at Pure Batch in early 2020.
