Alphonse Gronon has extensive experience in the music industry, currently serving as Chargé de Recrutement at Allegro Musique since August 2021. Co-founding Pain Maudit in April 2019 demonstrates entrepreneurial skills, while the role of Responsable Production & DA at Blue End Records from April 2020 to May 2021 involved overseeing music production. Previous positions include Assistant Chargé de Production at Supersonic Paris and Espace B, and Assistant Chargé de Production at L'INTERNATIONAL, showcasing strong production and organizational capabilities.
