Charlie Allred is a Staff Engineer in Product Lifecycle Engineering at Allegion since April 2023, bringing extensive experience in quality assurance and manufacturing processes. Previously, Charlie held multiple roles at LATICRETE International from October 2019 to April 2023, including Quality Assurance Manager, Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, and Continuous Improvement Manager. At Owens Corning from January 2016 to October 2019, Charlie worked as a Manufacturing Engineer overseeing two full production lines and a packaging section, and also served as an MLP-Manufacturing Engineer. Earlier experience includes a mechanical engineering internship at Owens Corning and a laborer position at EMD, Inc. Charlie earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University between 2012 and 2015.
