Anjan Acharya Ganguli is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in electronic hardware design and systems engineering. Currently serving as Lead Systems Engineer II at Allegion since August 2023, Anjan focuses on new product development and enhancements for commercial and residential locks in the North American market. Prior roles include Technical Lead for Electronics Hardware Design at Dover Corporation, where Anjan developed motor-driven gripping devices for factory automation, and Senior Hardware Engineer at Stanley Black & Decker, specializing in automated welding machines for the Oil & Gas sector. Anjan's career began at GE Power, working on environmental control systems, followed by a role as Project Engineer at Stesalit Limited, developing HVAC controllers for railway applications. Anjan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology.
