Freeman Degboe currently serves as Manager of Intern & Military Programs at Allegiant since March 2022 and has been a Tactical Aircraft Mechanic (Crew Chief) with the Vermont Air National Guard since May 2015. Previous roles include Senior Executive Recruiter at the 158th Fighter Wing, Performance Manager at Unifi, and Social Media Manager at Global Potential, among others. Freeman holds a Bachelor's degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from the University of Vermont and has received several certificates from the Community College of the Air Force in Organizational Leadership, Leadership & Management, Human Resources Management, and Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Technology, as well as a certification in Specialized Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing Operations from The Brooks Group.
