Rudy Torres is a Senior Process Engineer at Allegiance Refining, LLC, with experience since June 2022 at The San Antonio Refinery (TSAR). Prior roles include serving as the Refinery Site Manager at Slate Energy Marketing from October 2020 to June 2022, and as a Process Engineer at Fixed Equipment Reliability from November 2019 to March 2020, as well as at Delek US Holdings, Inc. from May 2016 to October 2019. Rudy commenced a career in process engineering as an intern at Process Dynamics Licensing LLC from July 2014 to May 2016. Rudy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas, earned between 2012 and 2015.
