Leasa Dougherty has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, having worked at Allegiance Credit Union since February 2005 as a Mortgage Loan Officer, initially serving as the Mortgage Supervisor where department restructuring and the development of a second mortgage loan portfolio were key achievements. Prior to Allegiance Credit Union, Leasa was employed at Gulf Stream Financial from August 1997 to December 2004, starting as a Mortgage Loan Officer and advancing to Underwriter, where responsibilities included processing, underwriting, selling, and packaging loans across multiple states.
