Alicia Booker currently serves as the Director of Workforce Development for the Allegheny County Airport Authority, where the focus is on developing and directing strategies centered on diversity, equity, and inclusion within workforce development activities. Previous roles include Workforce Development Manager at the same authority, Vice President positions at both Cuyahoga Community College and Community College of Allegheny County, and President/CEO of Genesee/Shiawassee Michigan Works! Career Alliance, Inc. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President at Community College Workforce Alliance and as an Education Consultant for the North Carolina Community College System. Alicia Booker holds a Master of Business Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from DePaul University, with ongoing studies at Ferris State University.
