Annette Knight serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Experience Officer at Allegacy Federal Credit Union since May 2013, where responsibilities include leading Human Resources, Learning and Performance, Technology, Marketing, and Corporate Real Estate to enhance member and employee experiences aligned with the organization's brand promise. Previously, Annette held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Capital Bank, N.A. for a brief period in 2012, and served as the Senior Vice President and HR Administrative Director at Southern Community Bank and Trust from 2002 to 2012, also functioning as the Director of Human Resources and Director of Learning and Performance. Annette Knight earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from High Point University between 2010 and 2012.
