Meir Cohen's work experience starts in 1997 as the VP of Information Technology and CIO at 013 Barak, where they implemented various systems. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Senior IT Consultant for Pfizer. In 2008, they co-founded PacKale.com and also served as the CIO for Avney Rosha, where they established IT operations and implemented SharePoint collaboration services. Meir joined BrightSource Energy in 2011 as the PLM & Doc Control Manager, responsible for transitioning the Doc Control department to a PLM department. In 2014, Cohen worked as a consultant for Oracle and later became the Chief Operations Officer at NPTech Technologies. Meir continued their career at MalamTeam as the Director of Salesforce Solutions from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Salesforce Public Sector Delivery at AllCloud.

Meir Cohen holds a Master's Degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University, which was obtained from 2013 to 2014. Meir also has a Bachelor's Degree in Math and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University. In terms of certifications, Meir is a Salesforce Accredited Sales Professional and a Salesforce Certified Non Profit Consultant. Additionally, they are certified in ITIL, PRINCE2, GCP, and holds a SCRUM Master certification. Meir obtained the CISA certification in 2009.
